with Brown Dragon Kenpo Karate, She understands that each student learns in their own unique way, and taps into that student’s method of learning, enabling them to effectively practice the science and Art of Kenpo. Most importantly, Sifu Cindy shows students, especially women and children, how to use leverage and technique in combination with their own strength, and to be fast and aggressive in defending themselves from an attacker who is stronger than they are. Sifu Cindy developed a self-protection and self-defense program called "Walk with Confidence" specifically for women and teenage girls. This is a program aimed at how to avoid being targeted and attacked by predators, as well as teaching basic and extremely effective self-defense measures.
