What is Kenpo Karate?

Kenpo is a dynamic and extremely effective martial art that is perfectly suited not only for use as a method of self-defense but also as a way of life that increases awareness in yourself and your environment

Incorporated into Kenpo is the hard Japanese style of linear movement and the soft Chinese style of circular movement. For example, if you are attacked straight on, you counter by side stepping and use circular movements. If you are attacked in a circular move, you counter in straight linear movements.
